Frame Construction: A pressed frame with a single or double rebate for structural integrity is constructed to profiles A, B, or C using 1.2 mm or 1.6 mm GI sheet.
Door Leaf: thickness of 42 or 46 mm 0.8–1.2 mm GI sheet is used to make the double-skin door leaf. The leaf’s internal supports and mineral wool (also known as rockwool) or honeycomb filling provide durability and insulation.
